Afsana’s impressive professional journey began with her tenure as a marketing manager at DHSA, a renowned communications firm in Kabul. Over the course of more than a decade, she managed a diverse team and oversaw marketing operations for multiple mediums, including magazines, radio stations, and digital platforms. Her expertise in marketing and distribution led her to be the first person to implement the U.S. Army’s Public Service Announcement (PSA) project in Afghanistan. Beyond her entrepreneurial and professional achievements, Afsana has also made significant contributions to society. She worked as a project manager for the Center of Vulnerable Children, a human rights organization, and even taught in schools during the Taliban regime for six years. Her commitment to community development and education demonstrates her dedication to making a positive impact. Afsana Rahimi’s educational background is equally impressive, holding a Master’s degree in Engineering from Balkh University.
